1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and top646ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). 3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on top646ph. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

Accurate Information Required

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. top646ph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately via support@top646ph.net.

All activities carried out through your account credentials – whether by you or by a third party as a result of your failure to protect your login details – are your responsibility.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to top646ph are made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The platform accepts the following payment methods:

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. top646ph processes withdrawals same-day for amounts up to ₱50,000 for accounts in good standing that have completed identity verification.

• Standard daily maximum: ₱500,000
• VIP accounts may have higher withdrawal limits

Verification Requirements

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above ₱50,000 require identity verification. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID (SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, UMID, Driver's License, or similar) and proof of the payment method registered on your account.

Failure to complete verification within 7 calendar days of a withdrawal request being placed may result in the request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.

Malfunction and Technical Errors

Bet Limits

• Sharing account access: Allowing any third party to access or use your account, whether for play, deposits, or withdrawals.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting support at support@top646ph.net. Before closure, any remaining balance must be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal process. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses cannot be closed until those requirements are satisfied or the bonus is forfeited.

Dormant Account Policy

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified before dormancy fees begin.

12. Limitation of Liability
